All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT (VAION Peptides is not currently VAT registered). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any payment that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

7. Formation of Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders we have reasonable grounds to believe are being placed for purposes other than legitimate research, or orders from persons we believe to be under 18.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full dispatch and delivery details. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title in the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, including our limited process for damaged or incorrect orders.
