Refund policy
All sales are final. VAION Peptides does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
All VAION Peptides products are specialist research compounds — pre-filled peptide applicator pens and biochemical agents that are sensitive to temperature, light, and handling conditions. Once a product has left our controlled storage environment, we are unable to verify that appropriate storage conditions have been maintained during or after delivery. For this reason, no returns or refunds can be offered.
No Refunds Policy
All sales are strictly final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the purchaser
- Failure to read the product description or Research Use Disclaimer before purchase
- Products not stored correctly by the purchaser after delivery
- Products not used within their stated shelf life
- Any use of our products outside of their intended research purpose
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@vaion-peptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy. We will assess each case individually and at our sole discretion may issue a replacement product. No cash refund will be issued in any case.
Lost Orders
If your tracked order is confirmed as lost by the courier following a formal investigation, we will assess the situation and at our discretion may arrange a replacement. We are unable to replace orders that the courier's tracking system records as delivered to the correct address.
