Shipping policy

UK Delivery Only

VAION Peptides currently ships within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched via a tracked next-day courier service. International shipping will be made available in future — contact us to register your interest.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12:00pm are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00pm are dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch on Fridays — orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched first thing Monday morning to protect product integrity and maintain cold-chain continuity over the weekend. Bank Holiday orders are dispatched the next working day.

Cold Chain & Packaging

Maintaining compound integrity during transit is a priority. All orders are packaged with: a plain, discreet outer box with no product branding; an insulated thermal liner; a gel ice pack to maintain a 2–8°C environment during transit; and individually protected, secured applicator pens. We recommend refrigerating at 2–8°C immediately upon receipt. Do not freeze.

Tracking

A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking reference will be sent once your order has been collected by the courier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Orders lost due to an incorrect address will not qualify for a replacement.

Delivery Issues

If your tracked order has not arrived within 3 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@vaion-peptides.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
