How it works
Each pen is filled at a fixed concentration and dispenses 0.01 ml per click. Because the concentration is fixed, every click delivers the same amount of peptide:

Worked example: a 30 mg Tesamorelin pen is 10 mg/ml, so each click delivers 0.1 mg (100 mcg). A 300 mcg target = 0.3 mg ÷ 0.1 mg = dial 3 clicks. The pen holds 300 clicks ≈ 100 applications of that amount.
