How do I work out how many clicks to use?

Your product arrives pre-mixed and ready to use — there is no reconstitution or mixing step. Use our Amount Calculator: choose your product and enter the amount you want to work with (in mcg or mg), and it tells you how many clicks of the applicator pen correspond to that amount, based on the pen's concentration. The calculator is a measurement aid provided for laboratory research use only; it does not constitute medical or dosing advice. Please read our Research Use Disclaimer before purchasing.

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the building blocks of proteins. They occur naturally throughout the body and play important roles in cellular signalling and biological function. Synthetic peptides are produced for use in academic and laboratory research to study these processes under controlled conditions.

Are your products for human use?

No. All VAION Peptides products are strictly for research and laboratory purposes only. They are not medicines and must not be administered to or consumed by humans or animals under any circumstances. Please read our Research Use Disclaimer before purchasing.

Who can purchase from VAION Peptides?

Our products are intended for researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals purchasing for legitimate research use. All purchasers must be aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm you meet these criteria and will use the products for research purposes only.

Products and Quality

What purity are your products?

Our peptide products are independently verified at ≥99% purity by HPLC analysis. Small-molecule research compounds (such as 5-Amino-1MQ) are verified at ≥98% or higher. Full purity data is included on the Certificate of Analysis for each batch.

Can I obtain a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available on request for every batch we stock. Please contact us with your order number and the product name.

What form are your products supplied in?

Every product is supplied as a pre-filled applicator pen containing a ready-to-use, pre-mixed liquid. There is no powder to dissolve and no reconstitution required — the pen is ready to use on arrival. Each pen dispenses a set measured amount with every click, and the concentration and amount-per-click are listed on every product page.

How should I store my products?

Store your applicator pen refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from light. Do not freeze. Specific storage instructions are listed on each product page and on the pen label. Refer to the product CoA for batch-specific guidance.

Using Your Applicator Pen

Do I need to mix or reconstitute anything?

No. Unlike freeze-dried powders, our applicator pens arrive pre-mixed and ready to use. There is no reconstitution step, and no bacteriostatic water or mixing supplies are required.

How does the applicator pen work?

Each pen is pre-filled and calibrated to release a set measured amount with every click of the dial. To work out how many clicks correspond to a particular amount, use our Amount Calculator. These figures are provided as a measurement reference for laboratory research only.

Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure bank transfer at checkout, powered by open banking. Your payment is authorised directly through your own bank's app or online banking — there are no card details to enter, and funds are confirmed instantly.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered dispatch processing.

Shipping and Delivery

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday–Thursday are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed on Friday (any time) are held and dispatched Monday morning for Tuesday delivery. We do not dispatch on Fridays. See our full Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping will be introduced in future — contact us to register your interest.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order has been dispatched, which you can use to monitor delivery with the courier.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the specialist, temperature-sensitive nature of our products. See our full Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will review each case individually and may issue a replacement at our discretion.
