UK Delivery Only
VAION Peptides currently ships within the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched via a tracked next-day courier service. International shipping will be made available in future — contact us to register your interest.

Friday dispatch notice: We do not dispatch on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday are held and dispatched first thing Monday morning to protect product integrity and maintain cold-chain continuity over the weekend.
Cold Chain & Packaging
Maintaining compound integrity during transit is a priority. All orders are packaged as follows:
- Outer packaging: Plain, discreet cardboard box with no product branding
- Insulation: Insulated thermal liner inside every order
- Cooling: Gel ice pack included to maintain a 2–8°C environment during transit
- Pen protection: Individual applicator pens are bubble-wrapped and secured to prevent movement
Our applicator pens contain a pre-mixed liquid and ship with cooling as standard to maintain a 2–8°C environment on arrival. We recommend refrigerating at 2–8°C immediately upon receipt. Do not freeze.
Tracking
A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking reference will be sent once your order has been collected by the courier. Use this reference to monitor your delivery directly with the courier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Orders lost due to an incorrect address will not qualify for a replacement.
Delivery Issues
If your tracked order has not arrived within 3 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
